Our commitment
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
How to report a listing or company
- Sign in to your 11internships account.
- Open the internship or company page and tap Report this listing or Report this company.
- Pick a reason, add any details (who asked for money, how much, how they contacted you) and send.
Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. For anything else, email the grievance officer above or our support team at [email protected].
Stay safe
- Never pay to apply, interview, get hired or for a "training kit" or "security deposit". 11internships and genuine employers never ask for money.
- Don't share OTPs, passwords or bank/UPI details with anyone claiming to be a recruiter.
- Move to WhatsApp or Telegram only after you have a real offer — be wary of anyone who pushes you off 11internships early.
- Report suspicious listings with the "Report this listing" link on the page — it helps protect everyone.
